The management is treadful, entering into my room illegaly while lm not home?!I payed over 5000 pound already, and here only two months. They treathening me to terminate my contract, lm about to file a court case against them. Cleaning Services not exist, but in my rent, fortnightly, l pay for it. Kitchen, l never see in my life that dirty, contagious kitchen on arrival, in my entire life. Reported it, however they did not clean it for 4 days. I want to renegotiate my payment plan, management don't, they just want to terminate my contract, and of course give it to rent to someone else. But for me, they asking me to pay for the whole year. Absolute fraulant , bad business practice at this moment ! I want renegotiation, compair to my financial issue. I'm not behind my payment, it's only the installment. ! So l need an immediate response from management. 2817c
This is our first experience of Vita student accommodation, the building my son is in is adequate and well located for his needs and the staff on site are very friendly and helpful. My issues are with the sales team, the way that these guys deal with the process is terrible, my son has been in the accommodation now for 2 months and is now being pressured in to sorting his accommodation for next year. The staff here will say that there is no pressure but bombarding students with emails creating a situation of panic that they may miss out on their room for next year or prices will increase with the ridiculous dynamic pricing system they quote is just a terrible way to treat students, especially when they have just moved to a new city, have the stress of trying to find part time work along with doing their studies. I am afraid if your child is looking to stay here prepare for the pressurised selling and creation of a panic situation. Absolutely disgusting how they approach this giving out specific days/times to log in and try and secure your accommodation at a better rate for next year as the longer you leave it the dynamic pricing will kick in! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm currently staying at Vita Poblenou, and it's been a great experience so far. The location is excellent, close to the beach and well-connected to the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The common areas are well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. It's been a great place to stay in Barcelona!
I really enjoy living at vita student and have met the best group of friends imaginable since living here and that wouldn’t have been possible without the array of events available! The events are fun and are such a great way to make new friends.The staff are lovely and great to chat to and always get things done when needed, Id highly recommend vita to anyone looking to move!
