Total fraud, give informations that are not true and refuse to achieve what they promised to do.Get a lot of students in troubles finding their money back when they get refused by university. Get involved into legal issues with a lot of people. Check online forum like reddit to see how many people get into a trouble with a huge amount of money(10000+ pounds).Having a legal team just to deal with complaint not to solve issues.This company shouldn't exist.Run away.如果有中国学生看到这条评论，去搜索一下贴吧，小红书，看看有多少人的钱血本无归。为了身心健康，不要考虑这家住宿。
The staff at the reception are friendly and very helpful. The location is also great. However, the cleanliness is terrible. The same cleaning water is used for all the rooms, and they are never properly cleaned. If something falls on the floor, it stays in the same spot for weeks. The shared area bathrooms have no soap or toilet paper and are very dirty. There are flies around the coffee machine, likely because no one has cleaned it since it was bought. The hallways are filthy. I don’t even want to talk about the laundry room; the filters in the dryer aren’t cleaned, and students are expected to clean them, even though it’s not their responsibility. Rats roam around the garbage area, and the ground is covered in trash. The cleanliness is absolutely atrocious.
Living at Copper Towers in Cov has been a mixed experience. Given that the accommodation consists of two tall buildings housing at least 200 people, it's shocking that there are only seven washers and seven dryers for both buildings—one of which has been BROKEN for over a month. Finding an available washer is a struggle unless you plan around peak and off-peak times, and the small washer sizes make laundry even more inconvenient.Breakfast is another frustration. While the food itself is good, availability is an issue. If you’re hoping for a quick grab-and-go before class, think again—food runs out in intervals of like 20-30 minutes, and refills take 10-20ish mins. This makes it impossible to rely on when you're in a hurry, and I’ve often had to skip breakfast entirely.Cleaning services are hit or miss. It’s great that rooms are cleaned biweekly, but my assigned cleaner seems rushed or uninterested. They wipe some surfaces, clean the toilet, and straighten the top duvet while IGNORING the rest of the crumpled bed... There have even been times when my room was skipped altogether, and another cleaner had to come in—who, in contrast, did an amazing job.Parcel management is eh. Anyone can walk in and out, and I had a package go missing once. Since it was only worth £5, I let it go, but it's concerning. WiFi can also be unreliable, and the smart TV doesn't load episodes smoothly at night for no clear reason.Now for the positives: The events are great and creative, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the building is well-maintained. The gym and common areas are beautiful, and the rooms feel modern and luxurious with a surprisingly comfortable mattress. These perks do help balance out the negatives, but for the price I pay, I expected fewer issues.

This is a real shame because my experience with the staff in Liverpool was wonderful. However, the actual agreements and ‘Customer Service’ from Vita student themselves was truly awful. I was pressured via Whatsapp to rebook another year just one month after moving in for my first year. Reading back on the messages now, it’s very obvious to spot the tactics they use to pressure young students into another contract with them. After calling and emailing Vita multiple times telling them I felt pressured due to being told my room would be put up for sale if I didn’t pay, they told me I would have to find a replacement- despite the first payment of rent being due on May 1st and the official move in date being in September. After spending weeks posting advertisements everywhere (and of course getting no response due to the very early payment) I called Vita again about this and instead of getting support I was messaged by the same person that pressured me into the contract with multiple rude and extremely unprofessional messages, and another person on WhatsApp attempting to sell me a room! The whole situation was very unprofessional and the company seemed completely clueless every time I contacted them. I have now recently received a debt collection notice for the full years rent of that room and more. I urge anyone looking into staying with this company to be very vigilant or better- find somewhere else.
Terrible company!! Sell a fake dream to students!! Disgusting behaviour. Stay far away from this company!!!! Also a huge tip and note carefully, do your research into the Chinese social media platforms.. You will discover the true hauntings of Vita. Don’t be fooled and dig deep before putting your trust into this company!
Just a heads up for all prospective students considering Vita - Since we all come here to read the reviews first right?And if I had known this before hand I would never have been in the position I am now.If you ever book a clearance room, and then have a change of circumstance and need to end that agreement - their tenancy takeover rules are impossible to get out of. Their contracts are NOT clear at all.
Vita student provides more than just a place to live. I have lived in halls before this place and each time there I have never been a part of a community like what we have in Vita Glasgow. We meet friends here and socialise which helps the burden of our study. You never feel alone and there is always somebody that is willing to help in any situation. You are fed and the staff are very kind and work carefully and seriously.
My time here in Vita has been fantastic so far, so much opportunity for growth as an individual. The design and layout of the accommodation gives those that live here a great outlook on our studies and our intentions as students trying to make it through our lives at Uni. Many of the staff are so helpful, and you don't always see this kind of service in student accommodations. There is more to Vita in Glasgow than just the room. They make our times at University a whole experience. Many fellow students live in Vita at other cities and we share the same experiences.
