After discussing my issue with Alex he informed me that they will get a review on the issues and sen

You did not send it the other party I requested it to be included. I am getting the feeling that the company can't not fix the issues. This has been an ongoing issue for over two months. I requested from Alex to cc the review to my technical expert Jeffrey This was not done.

Vodien are always helpful

Vodien are always helpful. The staff are so patient. I have no IT knowledge at all but every time I've had to contact them they talk me through the problem and then fix it at their end if they can.Charrise was so helpful today
