How do i give 0 Stars? The worst service. They Deliberately setup a 2nd account service with the same domains, suspended the main account (which was paid up) then charged for the new account. No access to domains or webmail etc. They migrated from QuadraHosting and had to request many times for access to domains that were missed. And the crappy cut down version of PLESK.. awful...
Having been with Quadra Host for almost 10 years I was used to top quality professional service. During the migration to Vodien, my website was removed / deleted without my knowledge. I was told it had 'expired'. Now, sixteen months later, my email service has been switched off without notice. I have spent the past 4 days trying to get help but so far NO ONE has followed up or solved the issue and all I get are promises that someone will sort it out. Yesterday I was told my account had been suspended due to non-payment except they deducted $54 from my account on March 20. Today I've been told the DNS is pointing to the wrong server and they need to migrate my account to a new system. I never asked for any of this to be done. When I demanded to speak to a manager I was told they had sent me an email yesterday explaining their policies! LOL. Really? Oh Hello stupid. I'm calling because I can't send or receive emails since you suspended my account so what do you do? Send me an email explaining why you've cancelled my email account.Their level of incompetence is in a class of its own and it would actually be funny if it wasn't so damaging to my business and my health.I have never encountered such appalling service in my life. Yesterday I spent 149 minutes on hold over 3 calls and this morning I've been on hold for 1 hour 10 minutes so far. Anyway, I thought I'd use the time productively and write this review and warn anyone considering using this company to STEER CLEAR! I would provide a score of -3/10 if I could. Hahaha.. I've just been disconnected after waiting 1 hour 13 minutes! OMG!UPDATE TUESDAY 4 MAY 2021Since posting this review several days ago Vodien has done their best to assist. My thanks to Rose R. who stepped up and provided the kind of support that should have been there days ago. The fact it took 6 days to resolve what was a basic configuration issue doesn't change my viewpoint regarding their service standards but it does make Vodien look a tad better. Rose. R. has done an outstanding job in rebuilding Vodien's customer service reputation. Given this stellar effort I will double the star rating to two.

Pathetic service, Vodien brought the company we were hosting our domain through. We never received a renewal notice for our website. After finding through a google search Vodien brought out the old company I contacted them multiple times with been told they didn't have our domain. Eventually they admitted they had i and needed the developers to work on this and migrate to their new system. This processed took 2 weeks, to the point where our domain was sold to another company. I harassed this company daily, up to 3 times a day to sort and was only ever promised call backs that never happened. Anybody who was hosting with Enetica or another company will encounter the same issue, and same pathetic service.
