This matter has been handled well by rose. Hopefully in future no trouble when add on new domains finally reverted back to my original hosting plan. Yet to buy new domain and try on the business hosting. (I was very upset of one of ur sales staff, marjit. Last year It was brought to my attention that I need to have more space to my website, so in the past few months i have upgraded fm basic to business and to vpsn plan. Pay thousand dollars. But the problems is everytime i created a website i have to call in to vodien to link my new website, it was such a pain n also sometimes the new website doesnot work. Today the accts ask me to validate my address, it was such personal information which i have been w vodien for one year now they ask me for home addrezz. Pls refund all my hosting n website since it was such a pain working with yr staffs.)

Our domain was migrated from Webcity. Our current host wanted changes made; I had no idea what they were talking about, but Vodien help made the process simple. I still don’t understand the technology, but who cares? Problem solved with good humour. Couldn’t be happier!!!
