Review Time
Unfortunately my web hosting service was forced to be migrated to the Vodien as they acquired Quadrahosting.Sicne the migration about three months ago, I encountered non-stop issues: Access to database, constant change of internal IP addresses, constant IIS application pool crash and website constant down without notice....you name it, they have it. They promised the error was fixed and never would be occurred again after applying the latest patch. Wait, after a month, same issue happened again.Worst of all, not sure if this is Singapore culture, they just changed your live website at anytime they like without telling you in advance nor thinking the consequence (eg. PHP version) . The result is that my customers could not access to my stock market web app during business hours and ASX opening hours. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.Normally I don't put bad comments on a company because this is wasting my valuable time. But I have to do this to warn others before joining this company from hell.
As someone who is not tech savvy and finds himslef responsible for transferring a domain name and then launching a wrodpress site and setting up email accounts for a site for the first time, I have placed many requests with Vdoien seeking technical support and their responses have been exemplary in their promptness, practicality and above all patience!
I was given incomplete advise by support on how to transfer my website files from a work in progress folder to the main public_html folder. As a consequence I had a serious problems and my website wouldn't function. The problem could not be solved by support, and much of the advise given was to do the same thing that caused the problem in the first place. Support staff seemed unable to handle my problem, nor did they demonstrate the proactive nature one would hope when tackling an issue that was caused by the bad advise of a colleague.
