Absolutely shocking.Most stressful time of my business career dealing with migration without notice from quaddra.Server platforms changed, database vendor changed, standard architecture protocols no longer supported. No capable support available. Chat support the only available option, with unacceptable delays for essentail questions. Only resolution was to port all accounts to a credible alternate vendor.

Had a small issue with registering a domain name. Called support and spoke to Sugar. The issue was resolved in no time. I received a call a few days later from Sugar to insure all was fine and to see if there was anything else I needed. Top class support. AAA+++
Have operated a US hosted Quadrahosting account for many years. Since Vodien took over we've had no end of problems. Starting immediately after they took over and did not advise us. Next time we tried to log into the control panel we just got message saying that the account was suspended because there was $0.01 owing. (We eventually managed to get a new 100 odd character URL from them which let us acess the new CPanel). Tried to configure s new mySQL database and was informed that was no longer included in the plan. Domain owner was conned into upgrading to a much more expensive business plan to get the capabilities they previously had. When they "migrated" the upgraded plan to a different server, they "lost" the existing .pg domain DNS records.Latest one was this week when they retired the quadrahosting name servers and replaced them with vodien servers without telling anyone. That meant that a .com.pg domain became totally inaccessible until we worked out what they had done and managed to get the name servers changed in the root .pg registry. (This for a business that reliees heavily on website contacts and email for their business)Tried to create a new .pg domain recently but ran into a "Catch 22". Vodien cPanel required a domain to be registered before it can be hosted. The .pg registrar required a domain name to be hosted with appropriate DNS entries created before they will register it. Never a problem with Quadrahosting, I've created many of them that way. But now it's apparently impossible.
