Great phone service.

I often put off calling however I shouldnt because my queries or problems are usually rectified quickly and the call centre staff are courteous and knowlegable.I think my consultants name was Jason.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service - unable to speak to a person - only chat. unable to assist with accont login issues. Still logged out after 30 minutes. First looked at the incorrect account etc - no knowledge at all.
