This is by far the worst company ever

This is by far the worst company ever, having been with them for over 15 years all they care us you click and renew every year. They fail to respond to enquiries, leave you high and dry when you need technical assistance, they want help you with DNS,MX or any other updates, I've lost emails, had months of down time and now they have lost my domain which I have owned for over 15 years which my whole company is built around as they failed to respond. If you like being put on online queue numbers, everything automated and zero customer response these are the people you need. I have been left with no choice but to take them to court. Shocking company, if you value your online business don't use vodien.

Positives: The customer service person, Gedeon, was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my basic knowledge of how to deal with CPanel access and problems. Eventually sorted out the issue and my email is back on track. Much appreciated!Negatives: Credit where credit is due but I don't need to see a barrage of emails, hounding me to post a review => you're either good at your job and is able to cater for muppets like me or you're there to pick up a pay cheque. People will know and remember, unless the pay cheque is correlated to how many reviews a customer service person gets.
