No timely access to customer support

Long waiting time to get access to online customer service support. You are lucky if you can access customer support. Our business suffers when we don't get access to online support to fix issues. I would not recommend this company.

Terrible service

Vodien took over pachosting in Hong Kong. The prices went up dramatically, the renewal process is not simple, so I have been without email service for my business for the past several days. Service is via AI bots.Terrible
