Terrible Service – Unresolved Issues for Over 3 MonthsI am extremely disappointed and their handling of our account. Without any prior notice, they conducted a server migration, which resulted in a complete database loss. This has severely impacted our website and business operations.It has now been over three months, and the issue still remains unresolved. Despite multiple requests and assurances from customer support that they are "working on it," there has been no actual progress. Their communication is vague and unhelpful, and they have failed to take responsibility for the situation or offer any real solutions.I strongly advise anyone considering this service to think twice. If you value your business and need reliable hosting with responsive customer support, look elsewhere.
