As a long-time customer of Vodien, I am deeply disappointed with the recent experiences I’ve had. Despite my loyalty, I have noticed that ongoing customers are charged significantly more than new customers. This pricing disparity is frustrating and feels unfair.Additionally, the support I have received has been subpar. My recent ticket was closed without any resolution or follow-up, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. This lack of customer satisfaction and professionalism is unacceptable.I hope Vodien takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements to value their loyal customers and provide better support.
