You Will regret dealing with Vodien, I DO

I was a reseller of Enetica for 16 years, I had 76 websites hosted & twice as many domains... Back in April 2022, I got a call from a client that his website/email were down so I logged on to see what the issue was, his domain/s had expired, so I rang Enetica support & was surprised that I got Vodien Support... They said the domains had expired & I would need to pay to get them activated. I paid this (twice what I had been paying) & days later they were still not renewed. While I waited & waited & waited... Other clients contacted me with similar issues, spam emails, website timeouts etc.After 6 days of phone calls & support tickets, I was told that my services had been migrated to a data warehouse in Ukraine & “Because of the invasion” I would have to wait for the sites (76 of them) & the domains to be migrated back.I checked the domain record, via AuDA & all of the contact/admin/billing details were changed, to the owner & the email address for notations was not active. So we never got the notice the domains were about to expire, in any event I had a $500.00 credit in my Enetica account to cover this situation.Further the domain Registrar had been changed to Crazy domains & the registry keys (auth Pass) had been changed ON ALL THE DOMAINS I MANAGED without notification or permission.I contacted Crazy domains & they said they knew nothing of the domains I mentioned???After 16 more days of multiple, phone calls & support tickets getting nowhere , I then made the decision to transfer ALL(150+) domains to another registrar. When transferring the domains the authorisation emails when to the wrong addresses because they had been changed when the domain passwords had been changed, I could not authorize the transfers, nor could I update the details on the record.Thankfully 85% of the domain passwords had been sent to the relevant domains & after searching through many individual email account’s, I was able to try transfers again, this time, the domains were all locked… so can’t be transferred.I made a report to AuDA and after an ‘extensive’ 24 hour investigation I was told that…“It is the responsibility of the owner to make sure the contact details on the domain record are current”.Q: What if you didn’t know they had been changed? A: You should have checked.So, no help there.ACCC not interested either.I am now in week 4 of the ordeal & I have lost all but 12 sites & three clients are suing me because their sites were down & I could do anything about it & nor could they or their new host either.They couldn’t ever transfer them after providing proof they owned them & paying to have them restored.I still managed to recover all but 3 of the domains, transfer them to another host & close my account with VODIEN, but alias, I lost 95% of my business, $30,000+ PA in hosting fees just gone…6 weeks after initial call from client.The final wrap up…I lost 20+ years’ worth of “good will” business;30k in re-occurring revenue;Thousands of $$$ in site development, commissions & updates;The court cases were resolved for about 5k total;Not to mention the countless hours on the phone;I NO LONGER HAVE AN INCOME;Then to add insult to injury, in September, I was contacted by my bank, someone had hit my credit card for $2600.00, with the banks help we were able to establish it was VODIEN apparently it was for “outstanding domain renewals & hosting” all of which had been moved & transferred elsewhere. Thankfully the bank halted the transfer & cancelled the card, which was never intended to be used by VODIEN, they apparently found the details in my old Enetica account info… Funny how they found that, but couldn’t find my domain keys.Sorry for the long winded review, but I had to let people know.PLEASE BE WARNEDCrazy Domains, Aust Domains, Cheap Domains, Vodien (Singapore's #1), Net Logistics, Enetica, Quadra Hosting, Servermule & many other Australian hosting companies are owned by Dreamscape Networks Limted.I would do an ABN lookup on any potential hosting companies to make sure they are not owned by them to avoid this aggravation.

Technical Help

Today I spent 5 hours trying to get the business emails onto a brand-new computer and it was a nightmare. I decided to give up and give a call in for some help and Arnel D answered. He went above and beyond, and he was so incredibly helpful. He was able to quickly restore my emails on to the new computer and he was also able to help with my account manager and updating some passwords for extra security. This only took maybe 15 minutes, I really wish I had of just called at the start of the day. Thank you so much! Tayla :)
