I would like to mention Nicola Smith and Andrea Chapman who have been extremely helpful throughout the process. My policy was cancelled in error and Nicola did an amazing job helping to get it reinstated. She kept me informed along the way making it as easy as possible for me. Andrea then continued to make the process easy by talking me through my welcome pack to ensure I had all the relevant paperwork. Andrea was so accommodating when trying to get hold of me as meetings kept stopping me from being able to go through the paperwork. Nothing was too much trouble. The advisors took time to understand what you as an individual require. They don't try to sell a package or service you don't need, require, or isn't really suitable for your circumstances. They will instead tailor to suit you and your budget. The care taken to fit in around my busy schedule and the patience with everything was great and hugely appreciated. There's no pushy sales they are looking at only what is best for you as a customer. I was even advised after reviewing new options, to keep existing policies instead of changing to new ones, adding only additional policies that were beneficial to me. The aftersales service has also been excellent.I would be happy to recommend Waddle.
