Review Time
Firstly, I'd like to say the wardrobe set I ordered was good quality. But the delivery time, not so much. I was trying to get our bedroom re done while my wife was away, so I choose wardrobe direct as it said 12-14 days delivery time on the website. So I ordered 2 weeks before she went away. I also emailed them to ask them if I could have it over some particular dates, to which they replied they would try, but its down to the dispatch team. It ended up arriving 4 weeks after the original order date. I wouldn't have ordered it from them if I had known it would have taken that long. And it totally ruined the surprise for my wife that I had planned. As stated, I am happy with the quality and price, but I think 4 weeks to get delivered is far too long!

All I’m going to say now is 13 weeks from ordering, I have had a damaged wardrobe sitting in about 50 pieces in my bedroom for months, and this company doesn’t want to rectify the issue. I’m now having to go through the process of trying to get my money back through my bank and getting help from trading standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY!Order number is: 007863405

The wardrobe looks very nice and everything seems to fit together well. I was surprised that the company in charge of assembling it only sent one person and it took him 7 hours but he was vey pleasant and seemed happy to do the job. The wardrobe itself is as described and expected.
