I had been looking for a watch overhaul specialist for some time and, finally, found Watch Doctors. From the start they were honest, helpful and professional. My 73 year old Omega Seamaster now looks superb and runs to almost perfect time. Thank you, Watch Doctors and well done!
A great repairs service from start to finish. A box was sent out to me straight away to package up my watch. Receipt was confirmed by them straight away and they got to work, the only hold up being a delay in getting a very specific stem for a 1960's watch, which was to be expected. They replaced the glass, did a service and polished up the case, all for a great price. Will certainly use again. You may have some trepidation about posting your watch off, but if it's going to these folks it'll be looked after.
Amazing service from start to end. They made my 50 year old Omega Chronograph look and run like new for half the price I was quoted by Omega and gave it twice the guarantee.Their customer service is friendly, speedy and proactive and their technicians are an experienced, trustworthy and honest group - they even refused to service one of my watches as they said it didn’t need it & was running within tolerance when they tested it, any other company would have taken the money.Thank you, I’m a repeat customer for a reason!
Contacted watch doctors via email to get my seiko divers watch repaired as it had stopped working. They replied with an estimate of £105. I sent the watch off to them for repair. A week later I received a cost of £212 to repair the watch. I understand that parts are possibly needed but if I knew the costs were going to be over double the original estimate then I wouldn’t have sent the watch off in the first place. I’ve refused for the work to be carried out. It’s cost me £20 in delivery fees and I’m no better off.
Excellent service, prompt inspection and estimate quickly provided. Turn round time for my Tag Heuer was 3 weeks. Half the price of a certain London based company. Returned in hard case with bubble wrap just as you might expect but not always the case with others.
Have just this moment received my watch after repair, just wanted to say thanks very much for a fantastic job and fast, efficient service. The glass has been replaced and now the watch looks like new, a quote from a High Street chain was over twice that of Watch Doctors. I was kept informed and updated throughout the repair. Excellent service from the Watchdoctor team. My Superocean Breitling had not been working very well plus the winder had become loose. The service to send the watch is very easy. I now have my watch back and once again in full working order. I would thoroughly recommend these guys. I have used Breitling authorised dealers but the service was not the same. Sticking with Watchdoctors for the future.
Highly recommended. I took my vintage Rolex Explorer in as it had stopped working. Really friendly and helpful staff - repaired it with guarantee and refurbished it sensitively so as not to diminish it’s value. Work was done for less than I’d been quoted by others and I had it back a week later when the postal services were estimating months. They do the repair work on site- which really makes a difference.
