I purchased a watch and realized I needed to cancel the order. I initiated the cancellation request immediately the next day after placing the order. Despite my prompt action, the support team failed to process the cancellation. Instead, they forcefully sent the order even though I had clearly requested it be canceled. This is extremely poor practice and shows a disregard for customer requests.Unfair Refund PracticesAfter the forced shipment, the issue escalated during the refund process. The company deducted significant charges from my refund for an item they shipped against my express cancellation request.To try and resolve the situation and as a goodwill gesture, I placed orders for two additional watches. Even with these subsequent purchases, the company still did not refund the full amount for the initial, forcefully sent item. They kept the deducted charges, essentially penalizing me for their own failure to process a timely cancellation. This constitutes a very unfair and unethical business practice.Customer Support and Communication DeficienciesThe customer support experience was equally frustrating:Not Customer Friendly: The support team showed a lack of empathy and was unhelpful in resolving the core issue of the unauthorized shipment and unfair charges.No Contact Number: The company does not provide any contact number for immediate assistance, severely limiting communication options.Limited Email Support: Email support is restricted to limited hours, making it nearly impossible to get timely help when needed.Overall RecommendationBased on the company's failure to honor an immediate cancellation, their decision to forcefully ship an item, and their subsequent deduction of charges from the refund, I would strongly recommend against purchasing from this company. Their communication methods are inadequate, and their refund practices are deeply unfair.
