Back to a water bed after 10 years

After a 10 year break from a water bed we decided to change back to get a better sleep.The Mr Waterbed site was great and we found the right bed followed by a quick phone call to clarify our purchase items. The king size bed with twin single blades was delivered within a week and we slept on the bed the same night. Best night sleep. Great service and the quality of the product is excellent

Service at Mr Waterbed.

I went back to the original supplier of our waterbed mattress, Mr Waterbed, when we needed some accessories, Water Treatment and repair Kit. From West Aust I ordered the products on line, payed and sealed the deal within a short time.All without leaving the house!

Our waterbed sprung a leak

Our waterbed sprung a leak, I rang Mr Waterbed he sprung into action was at our door within 2 hours. He promptly found the leak averting a flood and quoted less than $800 which was way below the $2795 quoted by the opposition who would not attend the job unless we commited to the cost.
