I purchased a winter coat which arrived quickly but I was completely shocked as the item I received is nothing like the one advertised on their website. The material is very cheap and the fit is very ill-fitting. The sizes are off. The coat came with no label or size. The return process is impossible and nonexistent. The company advertised “Easy Returns” but that is NOT the case. It is impossible to return a merchandise. I would never ever buy from this company and I do not recommend them. It is a very bad experience, something I would not wish anyone to experience.
I would give the company zero stars if I could.This company is a scam and not at all what the website portrays. I ordered a cardigan sweater which appeared lovely on the website. I received a rag with no labels or tags. Within one half hour of ordering I requested to cancel the order. I was “too late.” When the item arrived I emailed asking how to return it. I was told they would refund 10% and I could keep the item. They then offered 20%, 30%, 40% and a final offer of 50%. When I refused all offers I was told I had to return the item to China which would cost $30 to $50 and take a number of weeks to resolve. The item was shipped to me from New York and according to the website the company is in New York. I paid $59.95 for the item. To be done with the company I accepted the 50% refund. This company is a complete scam. Stay away.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!! Would give negative or zero stars if possible. Complete scam. I ordered a 3X jacket based on the size chart - actually one size larger than needed. The jacket I received, although marked 3X is probably a small. I am still fighting them over their "easy refund - return" process. The quality of the jacket is also marginal. They will only give a 30% refund if you keep the item and 100% refund if you return it to their warehouse in China at a cost of $30-$50. I attempted to negotiate a higher refund; the most they would do is 50%. I have reported this fraud and deception to my credit card in order to get the full refund. I told them I will go to Social Media and place negative comments wherever I can. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!FOLLOW UP: After telling them I had contacted my credit card and was going to contact Consumer Fraud agencies they sent me an email stating they would "make an exception" and provide a 100% refund. I am keeping the claim open with my credit card until the refund is posted.Anyone want a size 3X jacket that is probably a children's small?
Total scam. My mom ordered a $90 coat from them and it is super cheap, Shein quality. Worth $5 at most. I have been going back and forth with them on behalf of my mom trying to get a refund, but they will not budge. As stated in other reviews on here, their return policy is nonexistent. Basically you pay the international shipping fees to return the item to them. Will have to dispute this with her bank. Please do not buy from this company.
Returns "policy" is a total ripoff. They say returns have to go to international courier and it will cost $40 in fees and take forever or they'll give you 15% of your purchase back. I disputed through my credit card. Avoid this ripoff company at all costs.
I received 2 packages with several orders smashed up from China. I am requesting a return label. The clothes are poor quality and not what was advertised. They charged me for customs. Scamed over 700.00. They now want me to keep everything of which I can't use. They want me to pay shipping for each item, 30.00 to 50.00 each or keep item with only 10 % refund. This is so disturbing to use the word New York as to show the company was a legit quality company. I will keep you posted. Can the Post Master General help?
