What I received is definitely not as shown. The pictures do not reflect the actual product, and the sizing is off. I ordered a large, but what I received seems more like an extra small to small. When I tried to return it, they suggested I pay an additional $30 to get the correct size while keeping the wrong one. This is far more trouble than it’s worth, so please heed my warning as I rarely write negative reviews.
Do not trust this company. They do not honor their return policy! I ordered pants for my husband based on an Instagram ad. The material looked entirely different in person. When I reached out for a return, I was offered a 10% cashback with no return required. Upon further inquiry, they explained that returning items incurs international shipping fees, which can range from $30 to $50 per item. They suggested faster alternatives, but I was only offered 30% back after pushing back multiple times. Complete rip-off!
If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This is a complete scam! The product I received is completely different from what was advertised online. I purchased a jacket for over $89, and what I got was a low-quality piece of felt. Refunds are out of the question. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
The refund policy of this company is a scam. They claim to offer refunds for returns, but since they ship internationally, the process is complicated. They suggest keeping the item for a 20% refund or a full store credit instead. The quality of the items is poor and nothing like the pictures. BE WARNED!
I order before Christmas and received my items Jan 7. The sweaters are terrible quality and too large. Website has hassle free returns. First the goods are made and shipped from China. Not as advertised as a NYC company. I contacted them to return the goods. I was given a choice of keeping the goods either a 30% refund, exchange the goods for a $50 fee, or return and pay $50 shipping back to China with alltypes of conditions. When I pushed further for a return I was offered 50% refund. I took the 50% rather than the hassle of shipping to China. The company still kept a $125 of my money. The goods are such poor quality even Goodwill would not take them. Shame on scammers like this. Do not do business with them. I am reporting them to the New York attorney general. They should be put out of business as scammers.
