Revolut ID verification doesn't work for Romanians. Your employees close the call in the middle of the sentence. And sometimes right after answering. I don't even have time to answer. And please for the love of god keep that mic closer to your mouth. I can't ask 20 times a call. "Could you repeat i cant understand". 🙄
The first two calls were very rude. I can not hear them good because their bad signal or input devices, then they were asking me in a very rude tone "Do you speak German?" In reality, they speak German in strong local accent which is not very clear. They then hang out without saying anything. The third call went well. It is really unnecessary to have rude conversations like this. There is no good for anyone. Such a shame.
Complete rubbish and rude service.Used this service to video ID for bank account changes. The operator was surly and rude to start off with, like she was bored with her job. Upon presenting my ID which was clearly visible on the laptop videocall (I could read it) she complained it was blurred and demanded I repeat the whole process on the smart phone. Despite telling her I could clearly see the ID on the call, she disconnected my call. The penalty for this absolute disgusting service is that I will close the account with the banking provider who is commissioning out such an absolutely unbelievable crap service!
