Disappointing user experience

Very disappointing experience. I tried to verify my identity through WebID as required by Mediamarkt/Saturn, but despite providing valid, government-issued Identifications (including residence permit and driver's license), they were not accepted. This feels discriminatory and creates an unnecessary barrier to a simple purchase process. This is far from customer-friendly. I hope their service improves in the future, but for now, I cannot recommend it.
