Never accepts my passport and ultimatly leads to being unsuccessful. I have emailed and reached out but I am yet to hear anything back. The auto system rejects the passport and the agents are told to hang up on me. I have done nothing wrong😭 I'm being treated like a criminal
Worst experience ever I had while using the service this evening I wanted to verify my identity for the credit card application the Barclays and yeah I called the web ID the call itself was fast but the employee was super rude and unfriendly. Maybe because I'm from immigrant background. I was speaking fine German but the moment I asked the person to repeat what she has said because I couldn't understand her she shouted on me and hung up the phone. I ended up declining the credit card application itself because I don't want to do this kind of verification ever ever again it was so disrespectful as I was completely polite. I can imagine, people are frustrated in their jobs but certainly if they're working in financial sector they have to be more patient and show some empathy towards the customers.
