The man who helped me today was…

The man who helped me today was perfect! He spoke very good English and very helpful so we could finish less than 10 minutes.However last week, a young German man was a total disaster. I was trying my best for more than 30 minutes but he was not helpful, it was as if he was playing a game with me. Finally I just gave up. Please retrain him.Thank you,Insel
