The last call was fine - the only one

The last call was fine, the first 2 attempts were unfriendly und unhelpful, terminating without explaining why, I would discourage anyone from using your service

Garbage Identification service

Absolutely garbage company and services. Trying to open a bank account and they use this company for identification purposes. Had to wait like 10 minutes for each call. The call was terminated by 4 different employees after a couple of second. Now waiting again 15 minutes for the next call....Edit: After another 20 minutes, an employee finally took the call and graciously took the time to tell us that she can hear herself on the speaker instead of just terminating the call.

Horrible

Horrible - called like 10 times, and none were interested in helping. Every time I called them, they came up with the "can't hear you, and declined the call. There were only 2 guys who really tried to help!
