Unprofessional service. The agent refused to accept my German eID, despite it being listed as an accepted identification document in WebID's own documentation. The interaction was unprofessional and delayed my case for no valid reason. Formal complaint has been filed.

Der Mitarbeiter verweigerte die Annahme meines deutschen Personalausweises (eID), obwohl dieser laut WebIDs eigener Dokumentation ein akzeptiertes Identifikationsdokument ist. Das Gespräch war unprofessionell und hat meinen Vorgang ohne triftigen Grund verzögert. Eine formelle Beschwerde wurde eingereicht.

1. It took a long time to reach them during the procedure of identity confirmation. I had literally tried to contact them several times, the longest waiting time was about ~20 minutes;2. I was told that despite I'm a resident of Germany, due to my Russian passport they cannot confirm the identity because they "do not work with Russian passports". It is clear discrimination according the Law. Moreover, there is exclusion in sanctions for those who legally live in the EU.
They are just useless. When you need a verification, the company doesn't help. The Workers are rude, they end up call when you need help. They never admit their faults. Is the worst company you can make your verification. I hope they improve their serivce.
