The first time I tried the identification process, the lady was nice enough but told me that my passport from my home country was not excepted by the bank and I must call them and gave no further information or help. I tried a second time because many of my friends haven’t had any issues with their passport, and magically my passport was accepted without question. Train your people and save us the stress. The second lady was a dream I would give her 5 stars.
Not the most friendly or easiest process. Id requirement was not clear from video or instructions - first attempt failed because wouldn't accept UK Driving License as id. 2nd attempt failed because agent said the laptop camera wasn't focussed enough. 3rd attempt passed but not a very customer friendly engagement.
