Review Time
I have three orders made this February from asus:1) made order, paid with bank transfer, order got cancelled and after 2 weeks, still no refund - even though I contacted them multiple times2) made order, paid with bank transfer, order got cancelled and after 2 weeks, still no refund - even though I contacted them multiple times3) made order, paid with Paypal, order cancelled and after a week, no refund.I would expect better from official ASUS webstore.
I have the same overorder problem. Payment was not reverted back. Received email that payment back will be made upon next business days. Why do you not revert payments on the same business day like others do ?Moreover - graphic card was possible for order later same day, but in my account shows no orders at all, however I have screenshotted this order available in my profile.. This is disaster..
So all gpu orders 02/09 was cancelled on 02/15 monday because they cant fullfill orders. money should comeback in few days said by 2nd level support, okay its friday, still no money and they dropping new cards again. I bought one card today 02/19 after 3hours its cancelled again, and nothing about money which payed for them. Worst company in my eyes, worst customer service, i will never use it again, i really hope they will give my money back. AVOID!!!!!!
Hi,I've ordered a new monitor to have a better work set up last week (- ASUS TUF Gaming VG35VQ) But no news since then... even if it is displayed as available to direct shipping.In addition I've sent two message to the contact section of the webshop and still no answer... Really do not use this webshop and go on other platform (the products are great but the client service...)PS : I am french and I saw that the review of the other french here are not so great than the german one... and frankly the answer of asus "we are german we do not understand french..." You are serious ?! At first, you have a french version of your webstore so at least have someone in your team that is able to understand it and secondly ... Google Translate ? maybe ?
Absolute incompetence handling orders. 1 WEEK after ordering order canceled apparently because they oversold. A day later order status again in fulfillment, trying to confirm which one is it, I get conflicting information from live chat and e-mail. Conclusion: Even after 1 week after getting orders they have no idea if they have enough stock in warehouse to fulfill orders that came in week prior. Support is uninformed about the clusterf*ck that is going on on the fulfillment side of things.
Wrong product was sent. Had to contact support 3x times in one week until the exchange process starts. I am afraid to lose the current cashback promotion, since until now I didn't received the correct product (10 days after the order been confirmed). Hope to receive the correct product in time. At least the delivery was free and kindly fast (thanks DHL)
