Horrible after sales assistance. I got a professional screen worth 660€ 4 years ago. About a week ago weird colored parts started appearing on the screen making it unusable. I contacted the assistance team asking if I could repair the product (considering its initial high value) and they simply replied that they do not repair them, specifiying that even for warranty substitutions the screen was thrown away. To be honest from a brand like Asus I expected way more.
The online-shop is very uninformed with its own product palette. They are not able to give any detailed Information about the specification of their hardware, basically I was getting hardware specifications, that have proven to be wrong. Also no one in the entire Shop was able communicate estimated delivery dates - which is for commercial purposes a definitive no-go. Answers were written usually via auto-generated lines, or in bad language. The phone support is even worse. If the ordering procedure is an indicator of their Support-Services, its a definitive stay away.
