When my ASUS desktop unit could not get on line, I contacted your firm directly and explain to them in detail what the problem I was experiencing as I was about to scrap the unit. On their advice it turned out that the backup battery had to be replaced, on their detailed information I was able to open the unit, locate the battery and replaced it also was surprised to see the amount of dirt that was sucked up by the air fan, which As a total novice was able to clean up, now the unit is running as from the first day I purchased the unit. Thank you once again.
I believe in ASUSAs always ASUS delivers. Whether it's monitors, motherboards or epic graphics cards ASUS has helped me find and build my favourite PC. Now about the online shop. There are only two things I look for in the any kind of "search program" and that's basically what an online store is. The two things are visibility and functionality. As far as visibility goes the store does great. There are categories, there are examples and there are pictures everywhere you need them. The store doesn't overload you with information or colours(which I especially like), it just gives you what you asked for.As far functionality goes the store may not be perfect but it is also far from faulty. I personally like it's simplicity and ease of use. Filters are a great thing.All in all I'd give the ASUS online shop a 4.8 out of 5 because there is always room for improvements.
