Avoid this service at all costs.

I strongly advise against using this service. They advertise a high value for your phone to entice you to send it in. However, once they receive it, they drastically reduce the payment by two-thirds, fully aware that most people won't request their phones back. This is the worst kind of deception.

Disappointed with the price drop after sending in the phone

I was quite unhappy with the significant price reduction after they received the phone. It seems to be a frequent issue with this service, and I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. The initial offer was £145, but it dropped to £40! However, I had a wonderful experience with a representative who was very supportive. I decided to have the phone returned since I knew I could find a better price elsewhere. While I would rate the service 1 star, the representative deserves 5 stars for her assistance.

Frustrated with the handling of my return

I am really upset with how my situation has been managed. I rejected my item on December 5th, and it was supposed to be sent back to the seller. I'm extremely frustrated because I'm entitled to a refund and I'm still waiting for it. I urgently need this refund, but neither the company nor the delivery service seems to be able to resolve the issue.

This is the second time I've been wronged

This is the second time I've faced an issue where my phone went missing after being sent in a package. I have a post office receipt confirming the weight of the package, yet they claim it was empty. This has happened to me before, and it seems there are dishonest individuals working for them who take phones and file false claims with the postal service. I sent a high-value device, and now they say I might receive a small amount as compensation if the claim goes through. It's hard to believe postal workers would risk their jobs by stealing just one phone. I have lost all trust in this fraudulent company that seems to be taking advantage of people. It's disheartening, and I've seen other customers with similar complaints. This company is engaging in dishonest practices, even at the expense of the postal service for insurance claims. Shame on them.

Disappointing Experience with Phone Sale

I sent my phone via Special Delivery to sell it. They attempted to offer me an unreasonably low price, claiming the phone was in worse condition than it actually was, prompting me to request its return. They stated they would email me with an offer, and if I didn't respond within a week of them receiving the phone, they would process payment automatically. However, I never received an email; it was pure luck that I logged in to check. I ended up having to pay for Special Delivery again! Once I got the phone back, I took it to a local store, and they offered me £35 more, which more than covered the wasted £18 in postage fees.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I was quoted £250 for my device, which seemed reasonable compared to other platforms. After agreeing to proceed, a shipping label was generated with a courier. I followed all the provided instructions, but the next evening, I received a curt email stating that the package was empty, accompanied by photos of it ripped open. This left me extremely worried. I was informed that a claim would be filed with the courier, and I would need to wait over 30 days to find out if I would receive a mere £150 at most. When I voiced my dissatisfaction regarding the insufficient compensation, I was told it was my fault for not choosing a different shipping method and that I simply had to wait. I suspect that the company may have taken my device, given the lack of communication and their unwillingness to address the situation. My attempts to call were met with long hold times, only to be disconnected after 30 minutes. I strongly recommend avoiding this service completely.

Disappointing experience with the service

I sent my smartphone, which was well-maintained, expecting a fair offer. After receiving confirmation four days later, I was told to wait for an offer within 48 hours. Almost a week passed before I followed up and was given an offer that was nearly £100 less than initially promised. Regrettably, I accepted the offer as I feared they wouldn't return the device in its original condition. I would never consider using or recommending this service again due to their unprofessionalism. Very disappointing.
