Wella heat is outright theft.

i did call customer support, a number in Alabama. nice lady. she sent email, no contact info in it.they were able to somehow look up my order with the order number. the details -after the fact-state the company is in Lithuania.. the review site is a scam, new different socks come to the top. i'm still waiting too. Jan7 order. not a word. support email is bogus , bounces back. where do i commission a cruise missile to head to?two pairs, just burning my ass not heating my toes.

AVOID

AVOID - Looks to be a scam. Ordered a pair of heated socks, email received stating order is out for delivery, then nothing. No tracking number received, emails to their customer support bounce back undelivered

RESOLVED: No shipment and no email response

UPDATE Feb 19, 2025. 14 days after successfully registering a complaint with my credit card provider, a full refund was credited to my account from WellaHeat China.I ordered their heated socks Jan 4 and received a "Order out for Delivery" email stating "Quality-Checked, Packed and Ready to Leave Our Warehouse" on same day. 17 days later I haven't received a shipment confirmation or tracking info, I've emailed hello@wellaheat and support@wellaheat, all emails bouncing back as undeliverable. I'm now waiting the required 30 days before I can dispute the charge with my credit card provider.

Complete Scam! And PayPal facilitated it!

When I purchased 2 pairs of gloves using PayPal something was weird. It did not return me to the merchant as it usually does. Instead within moments I had two purchases charged to me for five pairs of gloves and two warranties. I immediately called but they said they could not stop the orders and I would have to return them. I complained to PayPal who reported back to me that the second charge was due to some sort of “payment arrangement” I had with the company. I had never dealt with them before. I have had no answer to my questions about the erroneous information given to PayPal. I finally got the gloves feet waiting for 6 weeks and they are not as advertised. They suggest they are rechargeable when they are not.
