Wellaheat is a company marketed by a LLC out of LIthuania. I ordered a heated vest on Oct. 30. It arrived on Nov. 28. Wrong size and badly made. Unusable. The company was unreachable. Paypal was called in to intervene. I shipped it back. Still have not received a refund three month after purchasing. Very sketchy company. Stay away. Plenty of viable Amazon options.
I ordered a set of heated socks for my spouse on December 5. I was worried about delivery because I discovered after the sale that the product was shipping from overseas. I'm in the US. The socks arrived today, just in time for Christmas. They work. My spouse loves them. They will keep her warm at work. One negative thing I can mention is that their support email did not work. I deducted one star for that.
WATCH OUT! This company seems highly suspicious. I never placed an order, yet I was charged over €500 for MANY products I did not purchase. The only interaction I had with WellaHeat was browsing their website. Shortly after that, a charge appeared on my PayPal account. I did not authorize this transaction. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
A totally sham company of scammersAs soon as I placed the order I suspected a scam, there was no email confirmation.Thankfully when I rang my credit card company they had already blocked the payment. With the track record of scamming they should not come up on Google searches.
I ordered 4 pair of heated socks, I received 4 pair of gloves. I called customer service to find out what address I should send the gloves back. I received several emails trying to get me to accept way less than what I paid rather than have me send the items back. I wanted and still want my total refund which is promised by Wellaheat. I received an email with the address in California on March 3rd from Kwin (Support) so I packed up the order, sent as directed by Kwin via USPS tracking number 9589071052702104417965. Packaged was delivered on March 6th, signed for as well. I sent the tracking number in per instructions. Ronie(Support) sends a email that says you can expect a delay of 14 days if you used PayPal. WELL GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND RECEIVED. AS I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REPLIED THAT MY FIRST CASE WAS CLOSED. THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO CHEAT ME OUT OF $345.92. I suspect that I will have to file suit in California in order to get paid. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. AMAZON, PLEASE NOTE, YOU HAVE THESE ON YOU SITE; WELLAHEAT IS BAD BAD BAD.
