Had Zaptech Go charger installed as part of a deal when purchasing a car. Installation was completed by Steve. Who was friendly, informative and professional. Everything set up and explained well, with any questions being answered.
The engineer was excellent. He called ahead to ensure everything was set on my end, displaying a friendly demeanor. He took the time to explain the upcoming work and answered my questions clearly and informatively. After the installation, he demonstrated his work and ensured the area was tidy. He also assisted me in setting up the app, providing a helpful tutorial. Overall, I felt comfortable and well-informed.
