The staff, specifically, Olivia Garrett, was personable, professional and provided support during my process with my timeshare with one of the biggest timeshares in the business. If you do your part in the program they will help you end your nightmare. I thought it was a little pricey. But compare to being stuck in a timeshare for every this was well worth it. Tony Maldonado was patient polite and walk me through the program and then He transfer me to Alex Wood who was the best in helping me get the right stuff to the right people. He had a very open email & phone line to address all and any concerns. The whole staff is friendly and will help with all your concern. It took us about 9 months, but I'm timeshare free.

We had 4 timeshares - I know --how dumb can we be. When our health became a problem, we knew we had to do something so our kids would not be saddled with this draining expense. We had tried giving each one back, listing them for sale - free, renting them thru a recommended company, to no avail. Nobody wants this gift! In the end I did do the emailing with the help of a person at Wesley figuring out where to send it. I could not have found that on my own I don't think. Yes, it did cost for each timeshare but we are out free and clear and will make up that cost rather than still having the maintenance fees continue ad nauseam. If you feel like you have tried everything humanly possible to get rid of this drainage, then why not find someone who can help and has a proven track record.
My timeshare was paid off and maintenance fees were going up astronomically. I was lied too and just wanted out. Thank you to the team at Wesley Financial. Wesley Financial Group exceeded our expectations in service, processes, and communication. They how things down to a science with well-trained employees who seem to have the same passion as the founder. We met the criteria for helping us get out of our timeshare which luckily didn't take too long. The pricing was a set price that can be paid all at once or a flexible to you/them plan over time. If they are unsuccessful in getting rid of the timeshare, then they pay you back. If no, you pay the full price regardless if it is a few months to resolve or a few years. This is a bit unfair to the cases that take a short time with minimal employee effort which was the case for us. I do think they should be more flexible that if it solved within X months, then you receive a partial refund. Still, we are happy with their service and will recommend them to anyone wanting to get out of their timeshare.
Wesley Financial Group came through on every promise that they made. The conditions were quite clear before I signed and I knew what to expect. My resolution specialist was excellent – she was always available and gave me valuable advice. I do agree with other clients regarding the price – when resolution takes only a few months as opposed to a couple or more years, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate. I contacted WFG in October of 2023, and my case was resolved in February of 2024. However, they do promise to stick by you for life if any future issues should arise with your timeshare company.
