Wesley financial got rid of our timeshare. This was such a burden to have. We were misled into this timeshare. We are still waiting for our final closing on this. But happy with results. Highly recommend to get Wesley financial to help you.
We started our cancellation in 4/22 At first I thought me and my partner was going to have a problem getting or timeshare cancelled because we kept getting denials saying we signed the documents and to call for other options. And when our rep was switched it had us nervous but Alex stepped right in and handled our case with ease we were comfortable with him he kept in contact to assure he was handling business 2/24 we are timeshare free thanks to Wesley Financial we are free of the burden.
We turned to Wesley for assistance after NOT being able to use our timeshare as described in the long and draining presentation we sat through. We were faced with steady maintenance fee increases that made no sense with no end date, just more money with no end in sight. The representatives at Westly were very helpful into the process of getting rid of our Timeshare, they made the whole process easy and explained everything well, it was well worth the money. My parents had this Timeshare since the late 70's although it was paid off the maintenance fees were ridiculous, more than if you were to buy into a Timeshare now, they were outdated and never really updated anything, plus my parents are too old to go and have been for quite some time due to health reasons, they don't have the right landscaping for elderly people with walkers/ elevators etc. So glad Wesley was able to help us get out. We knew purchased our timeshare in 2012 and thought it was something that we would use regularly, which we did. However, we learned that all of the verbal promises that were made and we thought were included in our contract(s) were so broadly covered that the verbal promises that were made by the timeshare sales people weren't worth anything. We unsuccessfully fought our timeshare for many, many years. What caused us to reach out was during the pandemic, we were not able to use our timeshare but were expected to keep paying the maintenance fees and losing our points because of restrictions. Again promises were made that weren't kept.We saw Wesley's ad on Facebook and after a lengthy consultation, they said they could help us. They warned us it could be a rather lengthy process and it could time intensive. After the many broken promises made by our timeshare and the guarantee that Wesley offered us when they accepted our case, we thought this would be an investment worth making.I want to say it took us about 6 months of our account going to collections after we stopped payments and back and forth with our timeshare and with Wesley stepping in help facilitate conversations either by phone or in writing with our timeshare, we were finally released from our contract and Wesley helped to remove the collections from our credit report. I can't say how happy we were to have made the initial contact with Wesley. Because of this, we feel like a weight has been lifted from our backs and we are now able to vacation in a way that fits our lifestyle today and for a lot less money than we were paying the timeshare!I highly recommend Wesley to anyone looking to get rid of their timeshare. Diamond Resorts hooked me with their goodies and suckered me into a timeshare that I hated and everytime I used the timeshare it was miserable. Wesley Group helped me get out of a horrible "Pac-Man"-type timeshare organization in Myrtle Beach. They are helping with another, also. The biggest one that lied the most. I sleep better at night knowing that two of the worst mistakes we ever made are in the process of resolution. Our third timeshare has to wait a bit. As soon as Wesley can take them on I will get their help once again.
