Review Time
After doing a lot of internet research over the course of several months, we signed with Wesley Financial Group in January of 2021 to get us out of an unused and financially draining timeshare with Hilton Grand Vacations. Probably the single most expensive mistake we ever made was to buy-in to the HGVC "dream" salesforce. Our Wesley agent/facilitator Anamelia shepherded us through the process, and calmed us during what seemed a LOT of waiting. Just under a year after signing up with the Wesley group, Hilton has finally offered us a "take-back".WE ARE OUT! It was not inexpensive, nor was it super-quick, but I knew it would not be. But it is much less expensive that continuing to pay the mortgage to Hilton plus the "Club Fees" and yearly maintenance fees, and upon our demise, putting the albatross around the necks of our heirs.All this through what was likely short-staffing and work-from-home on their end. Many kudos to them. Thank you Anamelia for your work and guidance, thank you Danny for getting us rolling at the start, and thank you Chuck McDowell for coming from "the dark side" and starting this all in the beginning.My wife and I are now much happier and relieved that the millstone is now gone from our necks.
We were fed many lies by Marriott a few years ago. It was not the first time we were suckers but it was a big hard fall. Thank God we found Wesley Financial. They helped us through the whole process to find our way out of the relationship with them. Wesley's staff handled the majority of the paperwork and knew who to contact and how to handle each and every step. They were wonderful. They kept in contact with us and let us know what to expect when. Thank You all at Wesley Financial.
I can't believe I am free of the ball and chain timeshare. It was a hard lesson, that showed me people will tell you anything to get you to sign on the line. The one thing I was promised, the timeshare did not deliver. And had the audacity to think I would pay even more money to upgrade for points to get what had already been promised and not honored. In death, my family could be saddled with this timeshare, they didn't ask for, and probably couldn't sale. To incur them with a debt in my death, didn't sit right with me. WFG, was a blessing!! I was very leery, having been lied to already, spent $$ trying to sale through a company that just took my money and did nothing, I was very apprehensive. Best, decision I ever made was to put my self in WFG's hands. Great team of people, did what they said they would do. They guided and uplifted me every step of the way!!! WFG gave me back financial freedom.. I AM SO THANKFUL!!!!
We was hesitant at first and we spoke to several companies that deal with timeshare closure. Wesley Financial seemed to have the best and thorough approach, as well as a solid organization. We were thrilled with each of the representatives we have dealt with. Communication was timely and they were patient with all my questions. Our primary agent was Mersiha Mustafic, who very professional and personal. She was a delight to work with. We would highly recommend Wesley Financial.
I have been in customer service for over 30 years and the last 12 years of my career with Starbucks Coffee Company. We were not only trained to provide a great experience for our customers but our employees (partners) as well. Wesley Financial Group has been professional, courteous, prompt and considerate every step of the way. We could tell that the entire team enjoyed what they were doing and each team always knew what the other was doing through the process. My wife and I found ourselves trapped in a timeshare that we could see no end. WFG and their team of professionals provided guidance through the process and advised us through every step. To them, everyday was a workday. All correspondence was timely. Anamelia Petteway, worked closely with us as if we were her only clients. She was amazing. There is a level of pride and service that was both personal and professional. They made us feel like we were part of their WFG family and we will be forever grateful!
Several years ago, I signed up for a timeshare at which time was provided with fraudulent presentation and prizes. I had been paying a high monthly and yearly maintenance fees which I only had a limited amount of points and could not reserve any location for a vacation. Late 2020, I found Wesley Financial on-line and they immediately came to my aid at a low cost on removing the timeshare. Within six months, I was no longer a timeshare owner and saved thousands. The process was streamlined and easy to follow along with Sara Longaberger, Team Lead - she lead me in the direction on everything. I'm so relieved and no longer paying for a timeshare with no benefit. Thank you, Wesely Financial Team!!!
All of the Wesley associates were very caring and helpful. Any time we had a question, Jordan was right on top of it. He would contact us periodically to make sure we were kept informed of where we were in the process! He was amazing to work with! Thank you all for a great job! Well Done!!
We had tears of joy in our eyes this morning when our Wesley Representative, Mersiha, called to give us the great news that Marriott has agreed to terminate our ownership! Yippee, a huge weight has been lifted, thanks to Wesley Financial! We are grateful to have found this company; they were always in touch, keeping us posted every step of the way. If any company can deliver the goods, Wesley can. Awesome!
