Brittany Layhew assisted us in exiting our timeshare that we had purchased in 1996 but was no longer able to use. Brittany emailed us frequently with updates on the process and clearly told us the best way to respond to the correspondence from our timeshare company. Wesley Financial Group has been a great help in getting out of my timeshare. My personal representative Shayla Bohannon was exceptional! I appreciate all the help that she assisted me with, answered all questions that I had and was very eager to assist with a joyful attitude.
1st off do not hire Wesley financial to help you! They just want to take your money like the timeshare companies . I have given them over 5000$ And all they gave me in return was a letter to send to timeshare company that I wrote!😂 haven’t heard from anyone from Wesley since before thanksgiving and that letter they sent to me was received in September! Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never been so unhappy with a company before besides the timeshare company’s. 10-10 do not recommend please look elsewhere. I am going to be calling all week this week for a refund. Boooo Wesley financial for lying to desperate people and taking money from them just to make there financial situation worse! This should be illegal! I wouldn’t be surprised if these timeshare companies actually work with Wesley financial!
After reading about this company, I was very interested in knowing if they could help my husband and I as they did other clients so I proceeded to inquire even more. From the very first phone conversation with one of their staff members to the very last was ABSOLUTELY NO STRESS! Whatever they said they were going to do....trust me THEY DID IT! They were very eager to see us get rid of this "thorn in our side" resort madness! I am sooooooo happy I decided to let Wesley Financial handle our situation and not the others. And if you're fortunate to have CRYSTAL REED as your Resolution Specialist, she will stop at NOTHING when dealing with those blood thirsty Resorts with the unwanting flow of phone calls and letters. Consider her your personal bodyguard lol. Make no mistake, if you need accurate & honest help....don't hesitate make the call and allow Wesley to put you back on board to financial freedom.
We’ve been with Wesley financial group since February 2019. They promised to get us out of our timeshare and they haven’t almost three years later. We’ve have numerous representatives, horrible written letters needing to be sent to the timeshare from Wesley representatives and barely any communication. Nothing has changed except my credit score which is extremely lower now because the timeshare is reporting late payments every month. Very disappointed and I would like a full refund of my $5,000.
