My husband and I contacted WFG in order to assist us with getting out of a timeshare. It was a smooth process from the very first interaction with the onboarding department all the way to the cancellation. Ashley Edwards was by far the most helpful, she went above and beyond answering all of our questions (even answering my emails during her vacation) and talking me off a ledge when things weren't moving as fast as we may have liked. She was always up beat and ready to help in anyway possible. She walked me through every step of the process and answered ALL of my questions no matter how many times I kept asking them! I highly recommend Wesley Financial Group to assist with your timeshare cancellations. This has been a long process, but we probably wouldn’t have been able to get to this point without them. My wife and I have had a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders with the good news we received from Ken this morning telling us that our timeshare is in the final process as we await our letter of Cancellation. I tried selling my timeshare without any success. I would let people use my week to see it they liked it and that didn't work. I even tried giving it away with no success.
