This review discusses a regular fit jacket in brown lambskin. I had been contemplating a custom-made jacket due to my smaller stature – five foot seven, slim build with a 37” chest – but after being reassured by the return policy and receiving a quick response from the support team to my inquiry, I opted for a regular fit 38” chest jacket. I felt secure knowing I could return it if the fit was unsatisfactory and then consider a custom option based on the regular fit. I'm happy to report that it fits nearly perfectly – perhaps the sleeves could be a tad shorter on me, but overall it fits well and feels fantastic. As this is my first leather jacket purchase, I’m already noticing how it molds to my shape. It’s incredibly comfortable, with lovely smooth leather that is surprisingly light. It looks great, and I wanted a stylish jacket for everyday wear, not for cosplay, so I won't be distressing or weathering it. No product is ever completely flawless – I've noticed the popper on the left pocket can be a bit tricky to close initially, but I might just need to get the hang of it. I can genuinely recommend this jacket. If you're unsure about getting one, as I was, I suggest you treat yourself and make the purchase – especially if your build is similar to mine; you can trust the 38” regular fit. The support team was very quick to address my initial question, and I received the jacket seven days after ordering (as a UK customer).

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from the company as a US customer. The product arrived damaged — the hat was crushed and the ribbon was loose — and the quality was far below my expectations for the price. The major issue, however, was customer service. After the order shipped, I received multiple emails from various addresses using intimidating language regarding a customs charge. The emails suggested that legal action would be taken if payment was not made. This did not align with either the courier’s policies or the company's own stated shipping terms. Despite their claims, I continued to receive unnecessary emails that felt stressful. To clarify, I contacted the courier directly, who confirmed that they would not pursue legal action over a small fee. This confirmed that the claims made in the company's emails were misleading. I ultimately received the product, but based on its condition and the handling of this situation, I would not recommend this company, especially for US or international customers. This was a routine shipping issue that was escalated unnecessarily.
I’ve ordered three different jackets from the company over the last few years, and all have been fantastic and extremely well made. The only issue I encountered was with one style being a bit snug for me, even though my measurements were correct. I replaced it with another design that fits perfectly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
