I have been waiting to be refunded for items returned over a week ago. I am constantly getting excuse after excuse after sending 15 emails. They took money from an expired card without permission, I’m fuming. Will never use this company again!!!

hidden contracts

I ordered a free item and just paid for the postage......but hidden away was a monthly contract to buy further items which I was signed up to that I did not see to cancel.This in my opinion is the wrong way to do business and as a result I would not buy anything more from the Westminster Collection.

Like some others said it’s a scam

It’s a scam. I got a free badge from them though facebook advertising and well received and only paid £1.99 for the postage fee. And a month later they got £22.99 from my account which said I subscribed but I didn’t do so. Now I am asking refund and reported to card centre. It’s disgusting and I think it’s not a legal sales method to do so.
