Excellent customer service. I got in touch regarding an overdue payment on my account, explaining when I'll be making the payment and apologising that there was a delay on my side. I recieved a letter and an email confirming that a note was added to my account to reflect this. Never had any issues with The Westminster Collection and will continue to use them to grow my coin collection!
Westerners could do with some staff training I had a horrible experience of how people could be so insensitive and heartless didn’t care about the individual and their grief just about getting money of people disgusting treatment.kind regards Eddie
Absolute trap. You will buy one coin, they will subscribe you and you will receive a useless coin every month for over £30. When calling you can not get through. They don't respond to emails. This is a SCAM. Avoid this at all costs. They will continue to rip you off as long as they can. I have contacted my bank to block further unauthorised charges. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
The Westminster Collection are always very friendly and helpful. My contact with them concerned a package which was taking a long time to be delivered. As if by magic the package arrived that evening (unusual for the Royal Mail) to my surprise !I contacted Westminster again to apologise for my original email and they sent me a very pleasant message.
