The lady in question couldn't of been any more helpful as I have a brain injury she was so very nice and understanding I only wish I could remember her name as that's my problem with my brain injury She organised a return for me by getting Royal mail to collect the parcel
Avoid Westminster Collection - Unethical Practices!I recently ordered a coin featuring the new King Charles design from Westminster Collection, but my experience turned into a nightmare. After my initial purchase, they sent me an additional 50p coin costing £28—without my consent! At no point was it made clear that they would automatically send and charge for more coins.When I discovered this unauthorized transaction, I had to block my card to prevent further charges. To make matters worse, their email is marked as “do not reply,” making it nearly impossible to contact them for support.This feels like a deliberate and misleading practice—a total breach of trust. I strongly advise against buying anything from Westminster Collection. Don’t fall for this scam!
