Review Time
I ordered a table in June which came completely broken, I ordered a replacement, which never came. I’ve been waiting for the table for two months and a half, but still no specific news. During all this time it was me who had to call Westwing to ask for information about my order. They never did a follow up, and the last thing I know is that according to the transport company they did deliver the table to me, which did not happen. I finally cancelled my order after 2 and a half months of waiting and calling on a weekly basis to ask where my order was. A complete disaster from beginning to end. Ended up wasting my money and my time for nothing. Do NOT buy anything from this company.
I bought a bed but surprisingly it arrived without basis and there are any mention of it that the basis should be bought separately. Also there are no available basis for the bed we bought 180x200 but still they sell the bed and what they expect?
Firstly I would say in defence of Westwing, I ordered from the UK for my Spanish home. The service from Westwing is non-existent. It took me weeks to find someone that could help me with my order and when eventually they did, it was as a result of me, getting in touch on Twitter and Facebook not responding to my emails. Secondly the reason the products are reasonably priced is because they’re all broken. I ordered a table. The extra leaf was a different colour. No response whatsoever on email from Westwing despite sending photographs to cabinets both completely wrapped in polystyrene completely broken when I got them open. No response from Westwing. I ordered a picture from Westwing never arrived. No response from Westwing , this is possibly the worst company I have ever bought from online apart from the Chinese ones dreadful stay clear don’t go near them with a bargepole. Happy to share my photographs. Should anyone want to see Westwing doesn’t that’s for sure
