Really bad service, not once but twice.The product (a mirror) came broken, once again. The compensation is far below the expected, considering the troubles this is causing, from the first order we made. We cannot waste our time, highly precious, also in money, to manage Westwing's total underperformance and lack of empathy with the clients. Very disappointing situation. Westwing have lost, at least, one customer.
