I have been in communication with various agents, for various reasons concerning different purchases over the course of furnishing my new apartment in the past year, and agents are always friendly and helpful. Although I have stressed several times that the delivery of the bed is very urgent, they even didnt deliver within the guaranteed time frame and no one can give me a date when the bed is beeing delivered! you ask for my order number, how can i send it to you, here is public. by the way, i just received a delivery date yesterday evening, finally, 9 days after the latest day of delivery and 4 weeks after the earliest expected days of delivery, which I had asked several times that it should be tried to pushed to the earliest date as possible.
Yesterday 10th April I made an order of 2 cushions reference "funda cojin Batik" And today Monday 11th April I asked by WhatsApp to add a third 1 but they told me that I must make a different order (paying for the sending twice) O cancelling my yesterday order (the campaign finished yesterday so couldn't cancel and buy it again) and making a new order,....... I would be grateful if you gave me a solution (making a unique order of the 3 cushions) Thanks in advance
This week I bought two sets of plates of different series from a well-known Italian brand, whose I already appreciate its quality-price ratio.Unfortunately, I had to return them both, as the quality and the colour not just didn't match the description but they were far away from the ones I bought in Italy.I had the feeling that Westwing buys the production funds (scraps) of the promoted brands, as I had the same experience twice in a few days.By the way, Customer Service is very responsive...maybe as they already know this eventual issue.
