Everyone I dealt with from phone calls re the sale to the staff in the transport team were great. One negative was having my collection appointment cancelled twice due to staffing problems, but both times I was notified as soon as they could. The deferred payment issue is another matter, I've never heard of this before and find it a bit much that you charge customers to have their payments immediately.
So easy, having used a similar company to sell my car and received a significantly lower offer on the day, I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I was offered for my bike on line, was what they paid. I could have tried to sell privately, but it really wasn’t worth the hassle.
Great comms ( despite not being able to come on the first scheduled appointment). Chris the driver was very professional and a very nice chap too, checked everything thoroughly including the paperwork - and I opted for immediate payment ( for a small fee )A very good experience.
Rapid evaluation via online submission, which was above previous trade in evaluations. Great Comms from collection side of things, and not haggled on price at point of collection. Yes I paid the instant payment tax, which I know frustrates many people, but I was fine with that.
