Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Professional and courteous telephone staff kept me updated through the process, advising me that the collection team would call an hour before collection. Just as they said, an extremely pleasant and friendly driver called Goldie rang to advise he was just over an hour away.When he arrived he was just as affable in person and after he inspected the bike, he verified it with the office and promptly made payment for the full valuation, which was in my bank before the bike was on the van.Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Great experience.

Good experience

Selling process was smooth and stressfree. Bike was collected on arranged date, with an hours notification from the driver (thanks Goldie!).Funds were transferred immediately as requested. All in all a better than expected experience.
