I can’t fault WWYB

I sold my bike to WWYB today. I had been offered a very good price for my MT10 compared to other motorbike buying companies that I had contacted.When the assessor arrived I was expecting the usual “knock money off” for things like a speck of dust on the tyres!! but no, because my bike was as I’d described it I was offered the full amount I had been quoted and the money was in my bank account before the MT had been loaded on to the van.

Absolute pile of sh1te.Didnt bother to turn up on the date arranged and no phone call to say why. Arranged for the next day before 12. Had to ring again told 100 percent will be today....however unable to track driver.... bollocks...5 minutes later gets a call saying the driver is too ill to continue. Hung up the phone in disgust.AVOID THESE LYING CHANCERS DESERVE NO STARS AT ALL

Waste of time

Not impressed with the title "We want your motorbike "No you don't..the form is massive and takes about 20 min to fill in the only thing you don't ask is my blood group..Bikes with big milage you just aint interested ...how can you say you are not interested in a susuki hayabusa

Everything went smoothly, and agreed value paid, which was more than what Yamaha offered

The guy I made initial contact with ( Tom ) was very pleasant to deal with, a price was agreed which was better than I had been offered by a dealer, the driver that collected it was a nice guy. The collection driver had a good look over the bike, and because it was exactly how I described it they bought it, there was no trying to chip the value as people try to make out, everything went smoothly, and I would do the same again. If you are 100% honest about the condition of your bike the sale will go exactly as planned.

Half the original offer

Shocking behaviour, gave a very low ball valuation initially anyway but I wanted rid the f my bike as it was just sat in the garden, when they arrived they then HALVED the amount of the offer but they are praying on people’s desperation. Would not use in the future nor recommend to anyone
