Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Been trying to list a bike, uploaded the photo, been waiting half hour and it's still uploading. Did this on 3 different broadband connections. On my EE phone, EE WiFi and my virgin WiFi.I give up.

Easiest transaction I've ever done,right from the 1st contact, it was professional, friendly and straightforward. Fair offer was made for my speed triple, and I was pleasantly surprised. I fully understand that it's a business and a profit has to be made.Phil, the engineer, was brilliant, no issues found on the bike and the full price was paid and in my account within minutes. Would recommend the company to anyone looking to sell their bike,be honest ,as these guys are fair and know their stuff.

Reasonably straightforward way to sell your motorbike.

The price offered was acceptable and was available for 7 day, a bit longer than other similar services. Providing the details of the bike online was pretty easy, although I did get multiple requests to enter the details even though I had already done so. Unfortunately , the collection was delayed due to driver shortage, getting a new slot was a pain. Getting through on the phone to rebook was poor, four calls and no answer. Eventually got through and rebooked. The collection was straightforward and driver was very polite and open about a fault that he uncovered. There was an adjustment in the offer price, which was acceptable, and the transaction was completed. I selected the instant payment option, which was very fast.Overall, not a bad experience, but there are a couple of areas for improvement.I was satisfied with the outcome.

A great way to sell your bike.

A great way to sell your bike. Very fair price wise. I was offered very close to what I was originally offered as there were a couple of issues which neither was I aware of, or would have shown in the pictures I sent in. The guy that came round was friendly and professional. Would definitely use the service again.

Lowering an already accepted offer

I got offered a price online which was just about satisfactory so went forward with the deal.I sent photos and the condition to the best of my knowledge, and due to the condition of the bike a lower offer was made, I accepted it even though it was less than I wanted and was assured on the phone that “the figure we have now settled on is the figure you will get, you won’t ! Get haggled down any more and they will just turn up to collect. The chap turned up to “collect” the bike, he did his report, the office came back with a figure £300 less than agreed ! This made me angry as the purchase team knew I wouldn’t accept the lower amount and were wasting time by doing so, I had to use a days annual leave from work (waste more like) to deal with the sale.I have had to take the company to trading standards as it’s totally wrong !! Do not use this service unless you want to accept peanuts.
